I was playing yesterday and i was at 75k population and my game had been crashing all day and i was able to go back into my city fine but then it crashed and i wasn't able to load up any of my saves.

Same issue here i had a good sized city just got the game on friday played for about 18 hours got to 95,000 population the game crashed three times on me was able to get back in fine would load in slow some times but just today april 24th when i exited and saved to go get some stuff done to get ready to leave to school, i came back hopeingo get a good 20 min in before i go and i load up the menu and click contenue and nothing happens i even click on my saved loads and nothing happens so i did a quick experment made a new map with out uswing the two mods the come with the game "unlimited money" "unlock all milestones" loaded it in built a few things saved it then exited to menu i tried to open that map and same thing happened i nothing would happen when you clicl contenue or click on the saved load it wont load up i believe its a bug issue not a mod issue i also herd this happens on the pc to for some but im hopeing tgis gets fixed very soon this bug what ever it is completely broke my game i cant play on my loads its just stuck in menu wont load up into the game.
hopefully they fix it soon since we paid £32 for a game that is unplayable now for us.
Hopfully because this is a major game breaker and im sure were going to see more xbox players eventually runing into this bug it needs to be fixed very soon because this would not be a good game to sell on the xbox for 32$ if it was riddled with game destroying bugs like this
I just found something new im trying to see if their is a way around it of course their isnt but i think i might have the issue narrowed down i think their is a prablom with the menu and s3lection because im testing it out again and i made a new map again and its not leting me save my game to the slot im clicking it and it does nothing this really needs to be fixed

Just went on it and signed out of my paradox tried to load didnt work signed back in and it still never let me load

Interesting. Do you get an error message or something when you try and load your game?
I found out by going an testing it is my profile that doesnt let me load because i signed in on another profile made a world, saved then loaded it perfectly
No i dont have an error message, nothing happens. Normally when you load you click hear a rattling noise then it loads up but with mine it clicks rattles and does nothing, it is just with my loading of saves because i just made a new world and saved it fine but it was when i was trying to load it back up it wouldnt go
Im 99% sure its the whole load menu thats broken because i cant even delete a world on it.
*update i just went on and the save i done to test out the loading has dissapeared. Its like its reverting the game back to an earlier save before i made that save and the syncing isnt working.

Just so you know your not on your own xDeluxe I'm having same problem with the game not loading. It doesn't matter if I'm signed in to Paradox account or not. Iv even uninstalled the game from my Xbox and re-installed it. I created a new save that won't load up now and can't delete so no point starting a new city.
Yep i did the same thing yesterday tested it out and choose a diffrent account it lets load in just fine but when i switch to my main account and i click on one of my saves to load it up nothing will happen all you will see is the A botton clicking on the save
Have we any news on the fix for the Xbox one not loading save game because it unplayable the way it is. I don't fancy having a £32 plastic case and don't want to start a new city every time I turn it on. It would get a little bit like Groundhog Day!!
This should be the top priority over other bugs since this one it completely stopping people from playing As time goes on im seeing more and more people saying about this glitch is happening to them and they cant load up saves so its spreading like a disease.
At first I thought it was me. Like did I build too much before I saved and it couldn't handle saving so much. But even saving a blank map shows it isn't the size of my city or my Xbox. This game does take me back when I was younger playing sim city on pc with dial up internet and a pc that could hardly run the game. The only thing that has changed is fibre broadband.

No update, the ticket is still open and the developers are aware of it. I'm sorry about this, I know it's frustrating, but for the time being I have no further update.
