In the current version of CK3 on xbox, nudity is censored characters that should be naked (adamites) are fully clothed, I suppose that is because CK3 has "teen" rating, so I sugest make free dowloadable DLC to eneble nudity with warning that you can legally dowload it only if you are older than 18 or 21.
