(Xbox) Medicin Center Building bug

Hey,
i think the medicin center building from the special building catagory is bugy. Not a single ambulance is working and there are no sick cims in it.
I have shut down every hospital in the sourounding, but still nobody is working.
Does anybody have the same issue?

if your city has no sick people in it then there is no need for ambulances. you still need hospitals and medical centres for the upgrade boost they provide but that is all you need them for.

Im pretty sure that building is not supposed to produce ambulances. If you are talking about the one from the content creators dlc.

Sry, i talked about the building from the monuments. Take a look on the picture, it shows what i mean. The building dont have healed one single cim, zero patients, zero ambulance.
