I brought the new airport DLC, map pack, and vehicles of the world pack. when I buy DLC for cities it is always available when playing it on cloud gaming but, vehicles of the world doesn't show up as installed it still shows up as purchasable
Update: seems to be only a cloud gaming issue. I reinstalled the game on Xbox with all the DLC everything is working on console but, it still doesn't work on cloud gaming
