(Xbox) Can’t delete anything

Title. The only way around this is to save the game and reload the map. Anyone else?

You need to change the bulldozer brush on the radial dial. It confused the sh:t out of me too a few times why I suddenly couldn’t select things and delete them.

I have tried changing the brush size and had no luck, I just gave up and reloaded the game
But in my case I could only delete roads and nothing else

There are also certain settings inside the bulldoze brush tool. You can change the size but also set it to delete only roads, or only abandon buildings and few other options. I’ve accidently slipped and set it wrong several times and couldn’t figure out what I’d done and was resetting game like you mentioned
