Xbox achievements not unlocking

I have 6 achievements that are not unlocking on the base game of surviving the aftermath on xbox. My tag is ChickenDroppins.
-Explorer
-Famous Explorer
-Adventurer
-Healer
-Famous Healer
-Merchant
It would be nice to have the base game completion, but these 6 prevent that from happening. I already have Legendary Adventurer achievement and other end game achievements. So I know there's an achievement problem.

Are you by any chance playing a custom game? That will disable the ability to unlock achievements!

No I'm not. I was playing on the new game. I did see the note that playing on a custom game will disable achievements. Well... probably all of them but two. Tailored to fit and customized calamities.
I have even uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. I've cleared the cache and played a brand new game. Still the achievements won't unlock.

I also tried the same, regular game, not custom. Delete, re-install. I bought into the game when it was still in game preview. Not sure if that has anything to do with the achievements not working properly?

We've had a few reports of this exact issue happening quite some time ago, but sadly we didn't find the exact reason and weren't able to fix it. Luckily, there might be a work around to fix this, but you might lose your saves in in the process.

So I found a fix sort of for the achievements. It sucks. But I deleted my saves. Completely from the cloud and my Xbox. I also got rid of the reserved space in the save data. Then afterwards uninstalling and reinstalling. And finally I managed to get the achievement for revealing 1 sector. Hopefully the other missing achievements start popping too. Just sucks because I lost all my colonies again. Just deleting saves did nothing. The thing that seemed to fix them was erasing the reserved space. Now I had done an uninstall before which didn't fix them. Only thing I did different this time was deleting the reserved space from my save data first before uninstalling. So maybe others can try just deleting that without having to uninstall or erase saves and get lucky and have the achievements work for them.

So you could try to delete reserved space and see if that helps. Sorry for the trouble and hopefully this helps!

I tried just deleting the reserved space by itself and it did not work for me. But, after I deleted everything, all my old saves from my Xbox and the cloud saves along with the game and all DLCs. Then I reinstalled the game and DLCs and the achievements are working correctly now. Thanks for posting this workaround, Kalle.

Yes this helped a lot and I just got the explorer achievement. Thank you everyone for your help.
