XBOX 1 : Unable to Host MP due to DC from Paradox

My friend and I keep trying to play Stellaris where I host and I have all the DLC. First time after latest update I kept disconnecting from Paradox at unusual and inconsistent times. Next day no issues. Day after no issues. Now its doing it again. Im at a loss and resetting IP, Ports and DNS did not work.

New games since update btw.

So I uninstalled and reinstalled the game just about a dozen times. Tried resetting my passwords and everything else in between BUT the game works on cloud play...

I'm not sure what you are saying in your Edit there - you can play together okay now?

Only on cloud gaming does it work. I can't download the game and have it work

I'm not a console player so I'm unfamiliar with that setup and how it works; I don't know what you mean by "cloud gaming" as compared to normal use. You mean setting the game to save to cloud instead of to your local Xbox machine?
