Great stream today! I'd definitely like to see this campaign through to completion! :D

Also I love the slower pace. The micro management and the ability to watch battles in detail. This is the kind of Hearts of Iron I was hoping for.

a) Night attack penalty (can be reduced by tech and by infiltration path in the grand battle plan doctrine)
b) move bonus (Mobile warfare doctrine give bonuses here)
c) planning speed bonus (Mobile warfare doctrine give bonuses here)
d) Planning cap (Grand battle plan, especially the assult path have high planning cap)
e) entrenchement speed bonus
f) Maximum entrenchment level (Can be increase by having engineers in your division)
g) Experienced soldier loss (How well you divisions will keep their veterancy after large losses)
h) Suppresion efficiency (How well your divisions are at suppresing partisans)
i) Air superiority modifier (How effective your air superiority will be against your enemy, superior firepower have bonuses here)
j) trickleback (How much manpower losses you recover)
k) Supply need modifier (The less supply each division need the more you can support in the same area, many doctrine reduce the need for supply)
l) attrition modifier (If your division take attrition, you want this to be low so you take less attrition)
m) Out of supply modifier (If you get out of supply you want this to be as low as possible so your divisions are as badly effected by lack of supply)
n) How many supply points your country produce

There should be one that tell about your reinforcement chance.

You can only have 1 plant per state, the other techs increases that limit by 1.

@Da9L Anyone notice how they talked about how people wanna see the unit upgrade system. Daniel does it on the Ki-27 and then misclicks and only saves the name EXP and none of the variant changes. I just went..finally then..wait noooooooooooo. Are we ever going to see the use of the upgrade system? Haha.

When you finish a research and that slot is empty for a period of time, does that research flow over into the tech you put into that slot or do you lose any progress on a tech that would have been gained had you had a research in that slot?
yeah, you can "save" research so that there is no super urgency in picking a new tech (I think its up to 30 days atm).

Thank You for the reduced speed and the explanations and clarifications. I watch to learn how the game works and that is much easier to do when someone explains how the game works rather than watching someone just play and trying to catch a glimpse here and there and draw conclusions merely from visual hints.

I am wondering what happens with oil and rubber from synthetic plants. Are those resources subjected to the same forced trade quota dictated by laws as all other resources? I am assuming they are.

That is a very good question, it would be pretty strange to trade of your expensive synthical made rubber and oil:)
