My strengths are in WW1 naval history, including naval technology.

Also, I know a lot about Easter Europe. Could do the country files for all the Eastern European states, including those that came and went during the Russian Civil War. Could also develop events for Eastern Europe and Russia.

I have experience in editing scenarios. Did a very popular Napoleonic Wars mod for Europa Universalis 2 several years ago.
 
I can suggest a couple of topics:
a) schmoemi is doing a great job on the graphics maybe you can help him on the research
b) keith would like to set up some colonial wars but those wars are at the tactical level so, for example, a land unit can be a company; a naval unit can be sloop. Epaminondas, as far as I can tell you, has made a research on some leaders that can be used at the tactical level.
