Yes. I'm well aware. The changling is a goodie role...
But why would the changeling want a pact with a wolf?I think what he was saying is that the person who claimed changeling may be lying and is actually a wolf.
I don’t know, ask Wagon. But why would the changeling want a pact with a wolf?
The pact was that they're protect me tonight in exchange for not hunting them. But why would the changeling want a pact with a wolf?
I'm a man of my word. I won't hunt them.If the actual Changeling revealed themselves to a self-outed wolf, they're an idiot.
Because doing otherwise would be certain doom.but I fail to see why the changeling would do that.
I approve! When was the last time we created new werewolf terminology? Videonfan? It's been far too longI would recommend calling a “reverse Stockholm“ a Hastinapur, after this bizarre game.
Stockholm is newer than videonfanning, I'm pretty sure.I approve! When was the last time we created new werewolf terminology? Videonfan? It's been far too long
It'd be similar in spirit to the psychic role we've seen a few times, which reveals the number of baddies in a game. More detail, but same general idea. If anything, a role revealing the full set-up might not want to reveal it all/themselves, since information on goodies could be harmful to make known.
Though on the subject of the confusion regarding Clairvoyant's wording, that's been a thing I've noticed for some years now, from even the van Helsing role which is where the super-scan ability was first taken. It doesn't specify that it's directed at one player and so a few people over the years have mistakenly thought it reveals all information in the game.
Instead of revealing all the numbers, the role could give one answer a day? How many wolves, baddies, etc.
There's one thing you overlook though, if a non-wolf baddie is lynched. That reduces baddie numbers. Yes Sleepy's mate would still get two hunts, but they're need to decide whether or not to hunt you. If they don't, then their position is precarious for the next day, while if they do, then they can only kill one goodie and it's not parity. Then it'd be down to the wolf and supporting baddies vs. the village.Because doing otherwise would be certain doom.
Sleepy's pack was on the cusp of winning. And they might still win if we don't lynch his mate tonight.
Desperate times call for desperate meassures. And strange alliances can form.
So to reiterate:
The village can lynch me tonight, allowing Sleepy's mate to hunt two pople due to cub. Those hunts can't be diverted. If the changeling tries, he dies.
Th village can lynch Sleepy's mate: I hunt tonight and the village wins if my hunt is diverted to a baddie.
The village lynches a non wolf: Same reasult as lynching me. Hence Sleepy's mate needs to hang today if the village wants to have a chance at winning.
It's hence in the interest of the village to work together with the hooves of madness today. We have a common interest and if we succeed then it'll be decided tonight whether you win or whether my pack wins.

I voted Sleepy. Hence Sleepy's mate will get to kill me as well as a goodie. That leaves 4 baddies against 3 goodies. There's one thing you overlook though, if a non-wolf baddie is lynched. I can't tell why I think he's Sleepy's mate without ruining my chances of winning. Why you think Dedonus is the packmate, if we are to work together, at least give us that.
I don't think that adds up right. Right now it's six baddies against six goodies. We lynch one baddie today, you hunt a goodie tonight (probably me), so five against five. Then say we lynch an unaligned baddie, then the other wolf hunts you and a goodie, that leaves two dead baddies and one dead goodie. So 3 against four.I voted Sleepy. Hence Sleepy's mate will get to kill me as well as a goodie. That leaves 4 baddies against 3 goodies.
After the deadline there'll be 10 players left. Tomorrow one hangs and either one or two gets hunted.
There's three unaligned baddies.
> then they can only kill one goodie and it's not parity. Then it'd be down to the wolf and supporting baddies vs. the village.
You're miscalculating the numbers. Them just killing a single villager will be enough.
