OK so I am in the midst of trying to unify Germany and I've formed the NGF, and all of a sudden I see in the newspaper that "Prussia has taken over Basel." Now, knowing that I was Prussia, that Prussia was absorbed into the NGF, and that I never invaded Switzerland, I got suspicious. But lo and behold, Prussia spawned in Eastern Switzerland as a sphere of Austria! Now, I know that Austria was inconclusively at war with Switzerland + France & allies for Baden to own West Switzerland, but obviously they didn't achieve their initial war goal. I was quite taken aback when I saw this, so does anyone have any idea about how this would go about occurring?! On the bright side, at least I have a core on them now (but only in Neuchatel; everything else is solely Swiss)...
