One of the most important things to acquire when becoming a Paradox fan is a sense of humor. Otherwise you will spend a lot of time angry, and start a lot of threads with that little red face.

From now on, everytime there's a video development diary, or a meet-up between fans and developers/producers, make sure to dress everyone in Rome II t-shirts.
Rome II can come after Vicky III and a revamped EvW (with HOI IV graphics). :laugh:

Well thanks, I guess I over-reacted a bit but I honestly have been so busy with work I haven't had time to keep up with the forums and when you walked out on the stage with a Rome 2 shirt I got really excited cause I didn't expect to hear a Rome 2 Announcement and assumed you guys were playing it up or something. So when it didn't come out, I was a bit disappointed only because I wasn't in on the joke. I do still hope for Rome 2 one day! Cause it's my favourite period of history and Total War Rome 2 was a huge disappointment.

Eh, only casual fans like you. Hardcore fans read the forums and knew there would be no PDS games announced (not to mention that the only unannounced PDS game is Project Augustus which won't be a sequel of anything), and would never believe that Johan would let a non-PDS guy introduce a new PDS game.
It was a remark to Johan mentioning that when they do Vicky III they will make a EU4 -> Vicky III converter thereby revealing that Vicky III will be done at some time in the future.
As far as I had understood it wasn't certain they would make Vicky III, so saying that when... it sure announces that Vicky III will be made eventually.

Lol Casual fan because I don't browes the forums, sorry I would rather spend my time playing the games I love. Got thousands of hours in most of my Paradox games so I don't get how that makes me a casual fan lol. Anyway feel free to lock this thread whenever, I'm over my misgivings.

Wonderful, I'm glad. I sometimes feel a lot of the rage online these days could be addressed by a simple "this is how I reasoned when I did x,y,z". And we appreciate the support of all of our fans, regardless if they interact with us on the forums, in person, in-game, on the streams etc. Thread locked as requested.
