wrong hoi4 version?

Idk if this fits here, but for the past like 5 months i cant get the newest hoi4 version, for example as of now, the 87c8, and for some reason im in the d607 version. if anyone could help me with this problem, id gladly appreciate the help. Thank you
Also i've been trying everything, from verying game files, uninstalling and installing the game, and all that other stuff.
