Wrong flag for Galicia

The flag of Galicia (GAL) in nothwestern Spain is not the proper one for the period, but the one from the XIXth century. The correct one is this one:

I'd add the .tga but I can attach that type of file.

Thank you for specifying this. They also don't use a proper flag for another Galicia and reading this thread at first I thought that someone else wrote about it, but apparently it is Iberian one
