Wrong demesne count

According to the formula the max demesne I can have without any implications is 8.

I have exactly 8 demesne holding but somehow my held holding rose from 8 to 9 out of no where. I searched the map but only able to count 8 holding.

Not sure why it is stated I'm holding 9 demesne.

Playing the Fatimid/Egypt.

Ah sorry it's not a bug I didn't grasp the game's demesne count well enough.

I inherited a mosque in my own province and I gained another demesne. It's not province but really the separate cities, mosques/bisphorics and castles. Doh. Mod can close this thread.

Don't worry. We all knew what happened and were waiting for you to figure it out. We've all had the same issue.
