I don't know if this is a bug but... in 3b
I was playing a game as Zeeland, my ruler was of Dutch culture and I start to conquer Estonia. Sometime later under a new ruler also Dutch my provonces started converting, they changed to Catholic of course, but some of them also changed to German culture. Later my dynasty ended up Kings of Sweden and while still dutch several more provinces changed, again to German. eventually my King was Swedish Catholic and still provinces were changing to German catholic.
I was wondering if 1.03 was hardcoding cultural changes, but then I got Castilian Lisbon.
last night I was playing the Count of Braganza (Portugese Catholic), I had a lucky break and was able to capture Lisboa, amazingly only a few years later it converted to Castilian Catholic. My ruler was Portugese my rulers wife was Portugese and no Castilians were in my court.
In previous games under 1.02 I had conversions in Spain and the Baltic to Swedish, in Georgia to Italian and Irish, etc...
