Could anyone see in their games if Burgos is the capital of Castille (in Spain) in the beginning of the game (no DLC, year 1066)? I could swear it was when I bought the game a few days ago but now it's Soria. While playing as Leon, Castille conquered Calatayud and I think that's when the capital was moved to Soria. I know you can do this in the game, but the problem is now whenever I start a new game the capital is always Soria. I've even reinstalled the game and it's the same thing, I don't know what could it be.

Yeah, I've also looked for videos on youtube of people playing Leon or Castille and it's always Burgos but for me now it's always Soria. But I don't understand why it keeps being Soria even what I reinstall everything and start a new game...

Look:

First day playing as Leon, the capital of Castille is in Soria.

I just attempted this start and Soria is indeed the new capital, and I'm not sure why either. Perhaps a pedantic history change that went unseen in the patch files, or possibly just a bug. It doesn't really affect gameplay as you can switch to Burgos without any problem.

Even if it was a bug (which I guess it is) I don't understand why it still happens when I reinstall everything, because I remember the first days (a few days ago) of playing it was still Burgos. I'll post it in bug reports.

I can't change the capital to Burgos because I play as either King of Leon or as one of King of Castille's Counts. It just bothers me visually more than a gameplay problem I guess.

It was probably part of a hotfix, one bit of code accidentally changed. Defo throw it over to bugs though.
