As many of you will already know, I've been away from the forums for most of the last month finishing my masters thesis, so I'm perhaps not the best placed to make an award seeing as I'm still catching up with last month's writing.
That said, while I was offline something amazing happened, which was that one of my favourite AARs from lockdown times received a new update after a 20-month hiatus. And it's very good stuff. In fact, as I wrote in-thread to its author, if I could have picked any of the highly promising but short-lived AARs I've followed over the last few years for a resurrection, it would probably have been this one. (Or this one would have been fiercely competing with coz's EU4 Creek AAR, anyway, which is surely praise enough.

)
So even though it's a couple of weeks belated, if no one objects I'd like to nominate
@Great Mantis for their excellent work on
Rend the Thorns: An English AAR. A very well put together work charting the rule of the House of York following on from a Tudor defeat at the Battle of Bosworth. Hopefully it carries on for a bit longer this time, but either way – enjoy it while you can, folks!
