If you could destroy a city in the game, or greatly decrease its population so that you could force it to change religions.
of course this would be very costly to your bb
I always hated how much missionaries cost for big citties and wished i could just force them to change reglion on them.

...And then you need to create a new City in that province, so you can Give it a name and maybe the province could be renamed too.
