Would have been nice to have a respec potion

Currently in Path of the Damned for my first PT, I really love the challenge but I would have liked to have a respec potion system similar to what TW3 implemented.

EDIT: For the talents only, since everything else is more flexible.

a merchant recruitable from the first Spire?

a price range between 20 bronze rings and 1 iron should do the trick while not making it easy for the player.

Thank you. I was furiously searching for a respec potion throughout this game. I would have paid out the nose for one too.
