Except EA would include a 30-page booklet of terms and conditions, and anything you wrote would be the sole property of EA, and you'd have to pay a $10 monthly fee to use any game that you wrote using their tools.

That'd make for an even better april fools.

Just once I wish PDS would release one of their April Fools DLCs as an actual product; I would pay upwards of $20 for the CK2 Cat DLC.

You know, there is totally a market for a strategy game where all the advisers are female, scandalously-attired and give intrigue-filled advice.

But HOI IV is not where that would fit.
