so if you see system that not in your wormhole generator reach your worker will build it telepathically
you just need to see system name - close up look - buld - magick!
version - no mods

system - cossmallion not in my reach

i take close look and select my worker - build wormhole

at my home system he build noting at all but have progress bar
date - 2201.01.01

and it's almost ready 2201.01.25

adn it's done

after some tests-you can't build only if it other empire territory

Same here, they even build in ai territory via the wormhole
