No, they exist since 90ties and have normal shop as well. They already confirmed me by email that they put in on sale too early and had to take it off.

Please do not speed 5 through the build up period of the game. We have seen a lot of combat already but the build up period has only been shown in the first WWW series and that was at full speed.
