I am voting 2 and 3. I think you showed a lot as JAps already and it is time for some another country before some MP comes out? O
And if number 3 won, I would vote for Mexico, though I am not sure if it could be any fun there, but I think that it could be interesting to show some wars in South America and then backstabing USA, also to show how does guaranteeing in America works.

Edit: It is also finally getting interesting, most players can deal with China but not everyone can deal with USA as Japan. This is imo more difficult than Germany vs Soviet Union
