I’m trying to get a better handle on world tension.

#1. Will the WT value that I see be the exact same rating/value that everyone that is playing view's?

#2. Can I increase or decrease WT; on the world, region, a faction, my own faction or neighbors without giving a DoW?

#3. Is there a way to have my country make another country think/have reported that the WT is higher or lower than it actually is?

#4. Will we receive WT information like we do spy information in HoI3? That is, some of the information is correct and some is maybe incorrect?

#5 On a scale of 1 – 10 is it your impression that WT going to be as important as say #1 = Polish long term game plans or #10 = German armor is in HoI3?

#6 Will WT be more important in a solo or multiplayer game?

#7 Can Error Dawg make an appearance if the WT gets too high?

1) Yes. It is a global value
2) Yes, several actions affect WT - some events/decisions (Anschluss, Munich Agreement etc.), also even fabricating claims does so. Maybe other diplomatic actions have some impact as well.
3 and 4), NO, the WT value is always correct, no misinformation possible
5) 11 (no kidding, I love the idea of WT)
6) Both?
7) if you mod it

5. 10 or more. The entire shape of the game will be determined by how WT is managed by the fascists.
6. Multi. Humans are much better at fore-planning and working together. Hitting the lend lease and guarantee limits and so on will almost certainly see much more activity set off with human Allies than with AI Allies.

#1. Will the WT value that I see be the exact same rating/value that everyone that is playing view's?

World Tension is a global value. Every nation on the planet can increase or decrease it by its actions.

#2. Can I increase or decrease WT; on the world, region, a faction, my own faction or neighbors without giving a DoW?

World Tension is increased by several actions. Inviting people to a faction for example, or sending volunteers to another nation and national focuses like anschluss of course. WT decreases over time automaticly (rather slowly tho) but you can decrease it by guaranteeing countries.

#3. Is there a way to have my country make another country think/have reported that the WT is higher or lower than it actually is?

No, since it is global.

#4. Will we receive WT information like we do spy information in HoI3? That is, some of the information is correct and some is maybe incorrect?

No, since it is global.

#5 On a scale of 1 – 10 is it your impression that WT going to be as important as say #1 = Polish long term game plans or #10 = German armor is in HoI3?

10. You have to manage the World Tension as a fascist or communist country rather well, otherwise the allies are able to gear up for war and intervene into your actions much earlier. Democracies are very limited in their actions if WT is low. Play the WT managing game well enough as germany and you might be able to take danzig without the UK being able to do anything about it.

#6 Will WT be more important in a solo or multiplayer game?

Both, but i would say a bit more in MP since humans are always unpredictable.

#7 Can Error Dawg make an appearance if the WT gets too high?

Only with active debug mode ;)
