I've played WiF for the first time and I must say, it takes DH to a whole new level, it's awesometacular. In my opinion, it should be integrated in DH officialy.
The AI response to threats it's very satisfying and the events make the game dynamic and never boring. Since I don't know by heart the events, it's like something it's always about to happen. Thanks!

Did you make a copy of Darkest Hour Full, rename it to World in Flames 2 and then put the WiF 2 files that you downloaded? (This is all in the Mods folder)

I copied the Darkest hour folder, named it World in Flames 2, and put the WiF 2 rar there in mods folder.

A few things. I think that industrial modifier should be increased for human player. After that, you can enjoy in this really great mode, who has what vanilla DH was missing.
Decision underground factories does not work at all. There is a problem with area, maybe some province. Music theme "Reguiem" should be available in the vanilla version, after WWII started. Fantastic, with all those speeches...

Not sure if a vanilla issue or particular to WIF, but I came across it in my game. Hungary does not research any land doctrines. For example, in game start you can give them the blitzkrieg doctrine (ie playing as human germany) and they won't research it.
Neither do they seem to research any other doctrine paths. I also think Persia does not research land doctrines either, but not as sure about them.

Just a quick question. I had a look at the infantry vs ski infantry stats, and noticed that both have a base org of 30. In game however, after quite a bit of research, my infantry are now around 66, while the ski is 37. Now because of certain ministers, I can see that there might be some difference, but this does not account for the nearly 30 difference, almost as is many of the land doctrine techs are not being applied to ski. Is the wad, or am I missing something?

No, no problems with the mod at all. While I am waiting for you to update (once 1.03 is no longer a beta) I have been playing DH full. After starting a game I was really missing your additional units, ...so, I brought them over to my full mod. There was not any problems but, unless you bring them in, and then start a new game they don't get the effects of previously researched techs. Sorry if this caused any problems.

Hi Fernando, finally tried your mod. Was a little bit afraid so I started on easy. So far everything went quiet historical, but I'm afraid of the red giant ;)
Just wanted to say that this mod is great fun, the events and desicions are realy cool. please keep up the good work ;)

Ok, i tried a easy game but it gave me (GER) large bonuses and AI none(?). I find it with 20% IC and 5% combat bonus to be an unfair advantage. Normal is to hard for me because AI gets to much bonuses. Is it possible to just make it that easy gives noone bonuses, except some free units too Soviet? I really prefer your mod to vanilla because of the flavour events and special units, but easy is to easy and normal is too hard. Also, could the Z-plan builds come with attachments? I also miss some landwehr units for GER

All values, for all levels are moddable, located in the difficulty.csv files located in the db folder.

While I have been fiddling around with units, I believe that the terrain techs (Industrial) do not effect your special units. Perhaps some additions here could be done?
