:O I just imagined those Secret Weapons from old Battlefield 1942 expansion. Occupation policy will be very interesting. Is it possible to simulate settling of the conquered lands without breaking Paradox rules?

Awesome news, please tell me "Landkreuzer Ratte" will be one of these new weapons! The "New World Order 2" mod already has that tech in case you're looking for implementation ideas.
I won't start over with the new gameplay file, I will use it though to see if it makes a different now.

What I don't really like right now is that before starting a game with a new version (that will last 20-30 hours), I have absolutely no idea how difficult it's going to be. Nothing more frustrating than finding out, you can't win after having spent 20 hours on it.
Basically people are split equally into two groups: a) the more difficult the better, b) it's too difficult on "normal" already
Why don't you simply script an event at game start, that asks the player: do you want the Soviet boost a.i. cheats? If you select no, then all Soviet cheats are disabled.
I seriously don't understand why the Soviets have unlimited manpower, production boosts for units, get free divisions and even tons of free air wings. Then again, some people like it. I know that you can beat this uber Soviet (doing it right now). I just hate that you basically gotta rely on gamey tactics for it. You will never please everyone unless you let the player decide for himself via event.

Players can already decide what difficulty they want for the game. Playing in hard or very hard instead of normal makes a huge difference.
As said, there was some free stuff in the Great Patriotic War Speech event that I forgot to remove and that really did not make any sense (series of 120 militias for instance.. that wasn't WAD at all, I misread the command and thought it meant the first unit would come after 120 days). Anyway, it should be much more reasonable and balanced with the new file. The underlying idea is: the deeper you get into Soviet Russia, the fiercer they will fight. And we don't want a mod where you need gamey tactics to win, we want to make it as close to reality as possible.

woo excited going good so far on new game. One thing tho i made 6 heavy sub before war and sent them to scapa flow for the attack It dint seem to (work clickable).

edit its aug 1940 managed to get historical partition of france and gave moroco to spain and allied them never got meeting at montiore to work at all on previous save (waiting 2 more months if it works)
yugoslavia bulgaria and Romania military alliance via influence not the decision tab ( never got it too work)
nat china became rep of nanjing somehow 1935 alliance with them early 1936

sov got around 240 div
edit june 1 1941 sov got 320 div or so about to do barbarosa soon

So the gold version I'm not sure is working. I'm installing everything as said in the first post, in that precise order. I don't add any submods.

I start the game, it enters it. hit single player, takes me out of it. No error shown.

What should I do?

P.S.: running game on virtual machine, with windows 8.1 installed.
P.P.S.: the DH Full is working without any problem. The audio/graphic packages are working.

2 months in barbarosa the penetration of my froces are about the same pace as historical pace liking it so far ( fin surrenderd in winterwar which russia made a rpeoples republic and british landed in morroco which i did not see :( but rommel is in cairo so it balances it out (axis spain)

I'm planning on setting up the 'Little Entente' at the start of the game (ROM, YUG and CZE allied with FRA) so that a human Germany willing to go to war early would have to face a two-fronts war. Those 3 countries would, as historically, break up the Little Entente before 1939. Any remark/opposition?

I have also worked on a secret intervention option during the Spanish civil war for democracies as well as more in-depth intervention mechanisms for Germany (with detailed experience benefits from the involvement in Spain). At last, I have written a nice flavor/gameplay event about Rommel's spies in Egypt that should be available if you have sent the 'Deutsches Afrika-Korps'. It is available even earlier if you chose the North African campaign as your priority for 1942.

Love the secret intervention initiative Fernando, and encountering Rommel's spies might be fun. I think that the Little Entente addition would have to be very carefully crafted however.

I'm not as well informed in that area as I might be, but from what I remember that pact was effectively defunct long before its formal dissolution. I'd have to check, but off the top of my head I can't think of an instance in which the three members took united action on anything. That's not to say that the possibility should be excluded altogether (it would certainly make a German player draw breath) but I think it should be very limited and perhaps tied to background factors like the respective states' intervention levels.

Whatever you do, please don't change the fun possibility to annex Denmark in 1938. I will never grow tired of doing this and wasting tons of IC on building uber-bases in Iceland and Greenland (high infra, naval and air bases, radar, lvl. 5 coastal forts). I'm usually completely overdoing it, but I like it this way. Makes me feel like a megalomaniac which kind of fits the time. Those bases are great stepping stones for the eventual US-invasion.
