World History during the eu time

Well while playing all this eu2 i've gotten rather interested in history threw these times. So i go about looking for some good sites and well i cant find any. The few ones i found have very short decriptions of the time not what i was looking for. So im hoping someone around here will have some good history sites for me =p.
