It's no good... :confused: I can't get it back to how it was. I wonder if it's something in the .inc files, because this alliance crap started after I took out

from UK's satellite countries' .inc files. I did put them all back the way they were, and this is still happening.. All I can think of doing now is a pure from scratch restart...

Use a very high neutrality. Countries with high neutrality will almost never enter alliances.

Is this scenario dead? It sounds very interesting. Would love to play when finished.

Dead? No, I believe Xender is still experimenting with the correct AI.

@Xender: I was thinking, to prevent alliances from being formed, you could also just lower relations to -200 between all nations (but that will require some work).

No, I haven't totally given up yet.

Set relations to -200 is a good idea. Just a quick replace of the tag = -1 already in the combat section, and copy and paste that to each .inc file would do the trick. Thanks for the idea, I did not think of it.

Some things with the scenario I will be changing:

Take away India from UK. I'm going to make fictitious Bengalia and Tamiland and expand Awadh, Gwailor, Mysore, Beroda, Mewar, and Burma.

Also considering taking away the Dutch East Indies besides the once with Dutch POPs from Netherlands.

Basically I want to turn back the clock slightly and take away historical events. But to play without events, the AI must be adequate to simulate a thinking entity, so to speak.

Still need unification events I think. Might make more countries in North America and Europe and and some unique events along side (but not more than neccessary). I want to see if it's possible to use the existing AI system to make events not needed.
