Just look around in the forum there are few threads with this question.

The general consensus is that Ottoman are probably the best way to achieve WC, but there are other options, Austria, France, England.

I would go Muslim, it gives possibilities of diplo vassalization/PU all over the world. Then, Ottos get missions that give instant claims on all the Mamlukes, and are the most powerful Muslims, so it would be my pick.

Muslim means no HRE emperor, which is pretty important for a WC. Ortho-Otto is still the best option, just because of that.

Aye, turn Orthodox as the Ottomans and become HRE.

Austria is also in solid position since they start with a relatively easy road to forming the HRE. Really, any major power that can become Christian and vassalize a few electors quickly can pull it off.

Given the massive increased heir chance, PUs as Muslims are incredibly unreliable. I've played probably more Muslim games than any other religion and I've yet to be able to get a member of my dynasty on another Muslim's throne, let alone force them into a PU.

It can happen, there's an awesome screenshot as someone with Granada PUing the Ottomans, but if its critical to your WC plans then there's a good chance your WC plans are going to fail. If I'm going to gamble on PUs, I'd rather do it as someone that can PU a colonizer.

You can do it as hordes by killing your heir constantly. It doesn't matter whose original dynasty is on the throne, after all, just that it's same dynasty ^_^.

Of course, hordes are not exactly viable WC candidates...

Ottomans are the only Muslim state that I think could do it without a mess of luck. Hordes are crap right now, and everyone else will require Westernizing in order to overcome Europe (or maybe some truly epicly fast blobbing).
