Workshop won't download the files

Hello,

First, thank you for this amazing game. It's the "Sim City"-like of my dreams


I have a problem with the workshop. It won't download the items I subscribe to. They just stay in the content manager with an empty download bar. I tried various things but nothing solves the problem. Any idea ?

I 2nd this with 10 mods just sitting there with no download progress at all

I'm having that problem, except that today some of them don't have progress bars, and two small ones managed to install, but the rest won't:
