I an having an issue where the workshop is failing to download mods. I the mod directory and cloud settings are fine.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Have you enbaled the cloud for the game as well ? Only enabling it for Steam is not enough.
Also, some report that they have to start the game first after it downloaded, then quit again and it becomes available to check in the Mod tab in the launcher the next time.
Specifically, the Steam Cloud setting in ck2/properties/updates must be enabled (checked), as well as in Steam-Settings-Cloud.
