In the last update (Dev Diary #58), it was announced a "develop decision" for diligent characters. I'd like to suggest to improve and expanding this concept.

I suggest to include a “work hard” button on the focus tree panel, giving the following effects:

Good Effects:

1) If Diplomacy Lifestyle: - bonus prestige, bonus improve relations
2) If Martial Lifestyle: - bonus levies, bonus quality MAA
3) If Steward Lifestyle – bonus income
4) If Intrigue Lifestyle – bonus plot power
5) If Learning Lifestyle – bonus development in the capital (like it was announced in DD #58)

Bad Effects:

- gains 120 stress
- gains the “overwork” status with a malus 25% stress gain and a health malus for 5 years

Traits modifiers:

- the decision should be only available to ambitious or diligent characters or the decision is available to all characters but it would diminish the cost if ambitious or diligent
- the decision should have double cost if the character is slothful

I also think there should be a “study harder” button with similar costs, but instead giving double lifestyle experience each mounth. It would be available to ambitious, diligent and also scholar characters.
