Wont start

Dont you have a number i can call? My game wont start. Some error occurring that needs a "Jit debugging" or something? I dont know? This is the error message

No there is no support phone number, I'm afraid.

Your problem is addressed in the very first sticky thread in this forum, titled JIT or side-by-side error starting VV or Rome:Gold .

keeps freezing

game either gets an error at the same point or freezes

Have you applied the MS fix in the thread I pointed you to? If so, has the problem changed at all?

I erased all the file files in the map cache folder but it didnt work

You didn't answer my question: have you, or have you not, successfully applied the MicroSoft update I pointed you to? It is known to fix this exact problem.

See what I said in post # 2 in this thread? Go to post #4 in the sticky thread I call out in that post, and click on the link in that thread to the required Microsoft patch. Install it when downloaded.
