I have been playing for a long time and then out of the blue, I get this error code and can't load any saved games. I started a new game, same thing. I deleted the game and reinstalled, same thing. I reset my entire console and re-installed the game, same thing. I have no other issues with any other game or app. This is very frustrating. I paid my hard earned money for this game and the add-on. Let alone the time it takes to play this game, all for nothing.

Are you on Xbox or PS4/5?
This is all I know to do with the Xbox:
- uninstall the game from the XBox
- clear the XBox cache and game files (save game data)
support.activision.com
- install the game again and test BEFORE restoring any saved games
If that doesn't help, I'm not sure what else can be tried ... can you tell if that is an error from the game or the Xbox itself?
