Muslim takes controlled provinces

At my latest game as an Irish king O'Brien, I was at war with scotland & controlled 2 provinces from them. I didn't bother to ask for peace. Instead I declared war against Fatimids, which had an ownership of 1 county in south Ireland. To cut the story short the fatimids came saw, and liberally kicked some Irish butts.

the Funny thing was that one of their armies had landed in scotland and was sieging one of the provinces I controlled (but the scottish king owned) and took
ownership of both of the provinces. I checked both the Scotlands and Fatimids, but they weren't at war with each other.

I think this might be quite hard to solve and not that common to happen. How about making it a "won't fix"?

Yeah, I think it's even an interesting side effect, that can be exploited in MP...

I'll mark it has WON'T FIX. I am happy to revise my judgement if too many people complained about it.
