Won't even launch...

So, this is sad. Thought, after all this time to buy the game. Bought, installed, went to Steam Library and the game won't even launch. Or flicker. Or anything to prove the slightest intentions of starting.

It just gives a crash error and that is it.

Restarted Steam, verified file integrity, same old, nothing worked. If it help, I have WIN10 and some issues with the sound driver that stopped me from playing Cosmonautica in the past.

FMOD failed to get driver capabilities ... Error initializing output device.

This usually means a problem with the sound driver or card. So that accords with the problem that you report with that other game. We have no way around that other than fixing the sound driver/card issue, sorry.

I just needed the confirmation, so I can go through all the process of fixing the sound driver. Awkward computer, so do not ask... *sighs*
Anyway, fixed the sound driver, working on my first city now.
