Women in the workforce doesn't deactivate if you change economy laws. This mean if you go Total economic mobilisation --> Women in the workforce --> War economy you get +3% mobilisation for a measly -5% stability, which seems OP, especially for Britain, Germany etc. Is this a bug? I posted a bug report but no one replied...
