Hello

First time i am using forum, I have original Europa Universalis 4 and i have many dlc's for this game. But i just realized I don't have Women in History dlc. I tried to find download link but i couldn't find it. For check i played Castille with twice until 1510 and Isabella event never showed up. Same for Elizabeth Tudor, Kosem Sultan etc. I can't see it in my launcher too also. I checked my dlc folder on my computer and it is not in there too.

Please help.

It is now included in the base game. You can find it in the folder "builtin_dlc". The events are in events/WomenInHistory.txt. You can see there that they don't have a DLC requirement anymore. The Isabella event has a MTTH of 1000 months (83 years), but it can only fire between 1450 and 1504 so it it likely that it doesn't happen in a campaign. If you don't play ironman, you can use the following console command to see if the event can fire:
Code:
testevent women_history_events.11
You can find the other event ids in the file or in the wiki

Those events that spawn great people (woman and men) is in my eye's random, sometimes you get a Queen Elizabeth or a look a like, sometimes you get a Isabella of Spain ,sometimes you doin't. In my last Korea playtrough there was no Admiral Yi. In the one I played before he spawned and died 9 months a natural death.

Most non-scripted events are based on MTTH (mean time to happen) which means that they are all random and have the chance to not happen at all. You can get extremely unlucky and miss key events because of this.
