Oh. I would love that. Sure, we're already upgrading star bases to build big ships, but things like shipyards and repair yards as separate stations would be cool. At least as a mod

The Reptilian textures make me confident it's something conventional civs will get, not a new Leviathan or something. Past that? No idea.
Looks like the transparent blueprint model you get when constructing stations.

If it is a shipyard I'm up for it. Now I can make use of systems with nothing really going for them.
Very cool. My first impression of the first image was maybe we're getting a galactic senate? Like a center for diplomacy/commerce in the galaxy a-la-mass effect citadel or MoO3 senate... but upon seeing the second screenshot, the design appears to be part of the reptilian ship group, so they must be buildable by all empires.. I'd guess this is some kindof 1-per-empire super station, something you'd likely place in your home system to help defend. I guess only time will tell.
