Why is this war called a "fight"? I admit I never check war names, so maybe it's normal.
Wars just get really weird random names. I think I saw a 'rumble' once.

Well, that's surely a balance issue. Especially for a smaller empire those habitats may be important. Perhaps they will house about half of their population. So they act game-wise as colonized planets and so they also have to match planets warscorewise...
This said, I also have some strange feelings over 14 warscore for one habitat. Especially thinking about systems with 4 or even more of them...

Warscore cost is based on pops.
He propably just colonised that habitat, when he switched factions and started the war to show it.
No number is final.
14 would put it at about half the cost ofa taking a planet if I remember it right. Doesn`t sound too off to me.
But then again, the current price for planets usally feels too high, at leasr for later in the game.

Is it useful though? I thought people just wanted to blow them up (for free) during the war, this way you just waste 50k minerals and small 100% habitable 'planet'.
Yeay! At least we have an option now. Long term lets make it possible to destroy them in a war.

When you dismantle it, do you get some resources out of it? I mean that´s a lot of scrap metal there...

I would guess that one is from a mod. But I would ahve to check the war-names file to be sure.
