With the changes to espionage, can we fix allied rebels from Support Rebels?

In particular, supporting rebels makes them your ally but doesn't make them your ally's ally, meaning now your ally is still hostile to the rebels and will target the allied rebels and try to kill them, weakening them both.

Please fix this.

I would like to see at least changes in behavior of countries with military access through country with rebels. In my recent campaign Poland had access through Hungary and they went to kill Hungary's rebels every time. Every. Time.
And nope, they don't have an alliance. They simply went to kill some rebels just for fun.

And plz, fix "traveling rebels". I hate to accidentally found, that my small stack got crushed, because some foreign non-separatist rebels just went through my country and my province, where I had a small stack. Make them at least blackflagged.

espionage idea are cool but still yea things like support rebels need tweak

as example: Combined with aristocratic ideas you can have massive cavalary combat bonus and if you are qing both liberty desire reduce + corruption bonus... wait... EVERYTING is good in espionage idea for qing :p

in my last portugal "master of india" run I was just sad for not picking espionage idea group to do claims faster(really... why the hell I picked innovative idea :/)

what I think is not idea group needs help but what you can do with spies need help
