I know Victoria MP community is relatively small, but for us who are playing MP games, MP related fixes are definetly most important.

I am sure these are reported before but once again:

- Annexing a nation, who has alliances will crash the game.
- Unifying Italy and Germany crashes the game.

If those crash bugs haven't fixed yet, I don't mind if the release date will be postponed even once more if needed.

Not so important but is annoying in mp games. You can now overexpand your factories and rise your ind score that way. I mean expanding factories to level 50, but only keeping 5 pops in the factory. Could it be changed, so that factory level wouldn't matter, but only the amount of pops in the factory?

100% agree. Upgrading factories should NOT affect industry score.

I agree with these points. Fixing the crash bugs is of course the most important, but changing the ind score formula would be a good idea too. It just doesn't make sense that a country with huge factories but no one to work them would be industrially very powerful.

I just hope it isn't too late for this.

I would like conversion to aristocrats a possibility. And also (since we all know the cheat code anyway) a much higher probability of actually having a positive income. Also, let there be a DI cheat. I'm sick of actually having to wait to cheat by not being able to cheat with a DI gain cheat (cheat). So I need a cheat for the cheat, amen. 3 a month is brutally insufficiant. And if you have time convert pops into 3 or possibly 4 only for each county. I hate wasting time cheating and insist on cheating quicker. And then when the games commence, cheat some more, ahmen.


And also maybe a Napoleonic War scenario.

Chance of timespan changing in a patch = zilch. Methinks it has never happened in any Paradox patch to date.

I really wish that naval battles would be shorter. They should also be more risky. All this would improve historical accuracy but even better game play by making naval power as important as land power again. Also, naval embargos would be nice. I admit I haven't played vicky in a while, but I will try again after this patch.

I REALLY want only one thing, to see fixed those two ridicolus exploits:

"When you have +200 relations with a big colonial power, you can trade land for more land than you give. You could give 3 colonial provinces and receive 5 in exchange for it. In a next trade you can easily get the 3 provinces back you gave earlier + 2 new provinces in exchange for 3 of the province's you exchanged earlier."

"Pick some weak nation that has no allies. DOW them. Don't annex or take provinces, instead get at least a humiliate. You'll make a small amount of prestige most likely this first time. But now, as the country has below -100 prestige you can DOW them for 1 prestige point after the peace treaty expires. If you occupy them and don't take land/annex you'll get 100 prestige every time. Netting 99+ (culture techs modify prestige, though I'm not sure if it applies to winning wars or not) prestige every 5 years makes winning the game trivial."

Its really quite annoying to play with knowledge of their existence. Thank You.

Ideas that will have to await a Victoria 2 or a 1.5 patch. At this point in the beta testing process introducing anything more than a minor fix to an event already in game would likely cause further delays of several weeks as new ideas are put through the testing process and then finding a window for Paradox to schedule a new date for release.

Well i would say (in my opinion) that there is a 0.0000(rec.)1 chance of 1.05 coming out, because Paradox first need to work on Doomsday, then they may be preparing another game.

And Europa Universalis III (which was announced last month for release in Q1 2007).

So yeah Paradox will have its plate full.

Still, never say never, and hope for the best.
