1) Fix the pause bug.
2) Balance the game, which went out of whack as a result of fixing the "can't create state" bug present in 1.1:
2a) Add core event as a result of nationalism and imperialism discovery causes huge brigade explosion, particularly for UK.
2b) Incredible industrialization rate in populous Asian provinces controlled by European GP's, particularly for UK.
2c) Huge population migrations resulting in continuous industrialization everywhere, particularly for UK, which disrupts the economy and wrecks immersion.
3) Improve UI performance when splitting large armies/fleets after having played for a while (isn't as bad right after boot).
4) Improve poor UI performance in general, also possibly related to the need to periodically reboot.
5) Fix UK Caribou decision, which never fires, and Seward decision, which retains Russian cores in North America, which make USA annoying to play.
6) Re-think the "truce = no influence" decision you made in 1.1, which has done enormous damage to the play experience for Prussia, an extremely popular nation to play.
7) Balance militancy vs reforms, so people won't be advocating intentionally losing wars in order to get social reforms. As of now it's easy to get yourself into a situation where you can't enact reforms (ever) and yet you get periodic rebellions of a million people in a large country.
8) Fix the health care reform sequence, which results in an incredible population explosion, especially when combined with populous Asian provinces, and which combined with intentionally losing wars is an enticing exploit.
9) Consider lowering or eliminating upkeep costs on the first dozen or so ships and first dozen or so brigades, so that small nations don't declare bankruptcy and/or disband armies and fleets in early 1836 (Denmark, Texas, etc.).
10) Try to do something about the economy so that the AI doesn't continuously build auto factories when there is no rubber available, etc.
