Nope.This mod still a alive?
Nope.
There was another person looking at doing something similar. Though I have no idea how/if they are progressing. I did offer to share any work I'd done on this mod with them but haven't heard anything since we initially mentioned it.
Of course if people were interested in trying to revive this it could be done; though personally I would only want to be involved if someone else was organising it - as may be (read: is) obvious from this thread that is not my strong suit.
I've copied what we had to a pen drive and hidden it in a long forgotten cave, deep in a dark forest, awaiting a plucky youth to discover it and use it to somehow defeat the forces of evil.Anyone know what happened with this project? Thanks!

Are you an orphan? Or the rightful heir to a decaying kingdom? Illegitimately born at least?I could be that plucky youth. Well, I'm not that young, probably not that plucky, but I would love to do what I can to make this mod happen.
nice idea. I was looking at doing something similar to this mod a while ago but I quickly decided it was too complex for my first mod. This solution is much more elegant than any I came up with. When I was working on a map myself Ijtzoi, I had those provinces that weren't within the borders of any Kingdom (so like stuff north of Andor) basically each holding a city and a castle, with the city's mayor in control of the county. Also independent. I don't think a little landlocked one-county city is going to try and expand so its a safe representation of some little town with their little mayor. The castle is there so that if the player wanted to expand into the area, the castle holding quickly switches to the top holding for the country. Thoughts?
