Amazing work! I hope the mod's learning curve will be gentle enough for those of us who don't know all that much Warcraft lore to play too, because I'd hate to miss out. :)
Shouldn't be. See these highlighted blue words on the screenshots? These are game concepts and have gaming tips when you hover over them. We focus on making the mod clear for players.

That's great!

One of the clever things PoD does is to provide some information on the character selection screen about the featured characters' goals in lore (e.g. Destroy <Rival>, Wipe Out <Family>, Retake <Place>). This is really helpful for giving new players an idea of what goals to aim for at the very start of the game, which can otherwise be a bit opaque when you're thrust into a world you don't know at at all. It also ties really well into any custom event chains for that character, which a newbie may otherwise miss. Something like that for GoA may also be really useful.

For example (the bold text at the bottom):

I think it's really important because characters in PoD are immortal or long lasting at the very least. Most of the character in GoA are mortal so it's more like typical CK game, but that would definietely enriched the mod, lore and overall experience :)

Dude, did the delay of the new DLC change your original plan? I can't wait to see Frostmourne, Gul 'dan's head, etc。There's also the Palace interface, which means you have to be fully 3D to play this mod

The delay of the new DLC will probably not delay the mod. There is still a lot to do before releasing the Mod. But perhaps access now to the new culture rework could have speeded up some of the process. But i don't think we'd slowed down because of the delay no

Edit: also to clarify we would probably not started doing artifacts earlier because there is a lot of more important stuff to currently model, and modeling is the slowest process because it is the hardest and the thing we lack people to do (like all ck3 mods)

Yes, I think so too. 3D modeling takes a lot of time and hard work. And, uh, I have a little suggestion. The map was much larger than before. In the early days, you can make some desolate areas on the map, with indigenous people. Can be a colonization mechanism, There are a series of colonization events that allow for interesting interactions between different races. At the same time, these desolate areas leave room for subsequent renewal, reducing the workload. Some relatively obscure races, like the Cavemen, can be followed up to see what happens. Of course, it's just my idea. Good luck to you and hope to get there soon.

After all, in the beginning, people tended to favor the most popular races, even though they wanted to play all races. A large number of earls have to add imaginary lords, which is also a huge amount of work. I was really looking forward to seeing the colonization system in CK, I thought the interaction was fun, and it really mimics some of the frontier history of World of Warcraft.

Most likely we will handle colonization by conquests. There are enough natives in Kalimdor to hold these lands before settlers arive.

Hello! We have continued working on the Scourge, implementing all kinds of mechanics around them. More info in the upcoming developer diary, but here is a teaser of the so-called jailors of Ner'zhul, dreadlords led by Tichondrius.

He and his brothers make sure Ner'zhul follows the Legion's plan to summon Archimonde in Azeroth. And if he fails...

Ner'zhul can't take open hostile actions against his jailors. Otherwise, they will avenge their brethren. Though you may be crafty enough to keep your schemes secret from the master of intrigue.

You may get free of their rule if you fulfill your role or the dreadlords go missing. As long as the Scourge is the Legion's puppet, the Lich King's and Legion's followers tolerate each other... but who knows how long it will last.

Can they be used as Knights? Are they your vassals or courtiers? And will you be able to get rid of the puppet status?

Can they be used as Knights?
We plan to limit it so they can't be killed easily by sending them to no-win battle.

Are they your vassals or courtiers?
They're your courtiers.

And will you be able to get rid of the puppet status?
You have to either summon the Legion or get rid of all the dreadlords.

Will there be Aqir? Considering that some of them did survive.
So far not planned. Maybe only in the distant future.

Hello! December is an especially busy month, but we took an opportunity to work on legendary events of Warcraft 3. We focus on making this event chain as detailed as possible with CK3 mechanics. Here's a small bit of Arthas arriving in Andorhal to face the vile necromancer, Kel'Thuzad.
Also, we will post a new developer diary about our men-at-arms very soon ;)
Art by dlikt, check it out!

Ah good, old Kel'Thuzad before he was turned to your average baddy in Shadowlands
As far as I am concerned, nothing that has happened in WoW is truly Warcraft. It is a foul money grab, nothing more, and I am still hoping for Warcraft 4.
