[Windows 10] Random crashes when I open the Trade tab

I'm playing a multiplayer game with some friends (I'm the host) and we're having a problem where I sometimes crash when clicking on the Trade tab. The tab opens most of the times, but when it doesn't it crashes the game and we have to reload everything (every 30-45 minutes of gameplay on average, it isn't completely invalidating but it's definitely annoying). After the crash occurs, an error message asking to send information about what happened is shown. We're playing with no mods and all DLCs active (I have them, my friends don't). I've already verified the game files multiple times (everything looked fine), however I haven't tried a full reinstall yet. I'm still posting the thread now in case you want to take a look at the issue because in your post you wrote that if the game crashes when clicking on something it's probably because of a bug.

I see crashes in your nVidia software, and that driver is not up to date.

- uninstall it and all other nVidia software
- reboot
- install May 2022 https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
- reboot again

You should also unload every other app you can before starting the game as host to make sure you have enough free memory.

If it does turn out to be a bug though, the Bug Reports forum is your best next stop.

Oh... I didn't know my nVidia software wasn't up to date. I always play without anything else opened except for discord so memory shouldn't be a problem.
I'll update the software and let you know if the problem persists, thanks for the help.

Yesterday I installed the new version of the nVidia software but the Trade tab crash happened again. I'm going to write a post in the Bug Reports forum.

EDIT: nevermind, I've just noticed that the problem has already been brought up by other players. Should have looked in the bug reports section first. At least I updated the software
