Sorry for the delay. We decided on a winner, but didn't want to announce it until it was confirmed that he could in fact attend. But everything seems in order now however, so the announcement comes very very soon! (If you were not contacted by us, I'm afraid you were not the winner. Sorry It was a very hard choice, and if we could. We would pay for all of you to come over here).

Our motivation is:

First we think that the motivation Morboth provided speaks a lot for itself. After all, you were supposed to be doing the motivation.

We are happy to see that we had such a positive impact on the life of Morboth. Hopefully traveling to Sweden and Europe will have an even bigger impact.

As stated before. It was a hard choice, and if we could have purchased you all tickets, we would have. Sadly we need to keep some money to be able to continue developing games. But we hope to be seeing many of you at the fan gathering anyway. And to you people who entered the competition even though you live within 1 hour train ride of the offices; you are very much welcome to attend anyway Just remember to sign up at http://paradoxfangathering2013.eventbrite.com/. While writing this there are still 21 tickets left. We also keep a few in reserve at the door for surprise visits.

I'd try to go if I thought my job would let me have the time off, but In my first month at the job, I've had jury duty, been sick for half of a week, and had to request 2 weeks off very soon to go on a training mission with the military. So I think if I told them I was going to visit my favorite game dev, they'd tell me to kindly buzz off.

My money's on a live-action reenactment of the Friends episode where Ross is trying to get everyone ready to go to his big presentation featuring Solsara as Phoebe, Kallocain as Monica, Susana as Rachel, Doomdark as Joey, Johan as Ross and Podcat as Chandler. Either that or a new DLC or something
