Do we have this sort of graph per districts or only for the entire city?

That's great!
I like to give some feedback.
What's good is that the color coding resembles the zones (blue for commercial, green for residential...). But maybe the colors are a little bit too similar for Taxation, Influx, Industry, Office zone.
It could be helpful to explicitly group and categorize the different points and give every group a headline. All entries would be easier to find.
For instance:
Financial
* budget
* treasury
* taxation
* income (currently missing)
* expenses (currently missing)
Economy
City value
Employment
Tourists
Population
Students
...
In addition to what you allready have I would like to see: the distribution of several age groups over time (children, students, workers, pensioners) and income and expenses.
And if you could provide these graphs for districts that would be really awesome.
And if you want to make this feature really cool, these graphs should provide some event data. For instance if I enact a certain policy there could be a marker. This could enable the player to get a better idea of the impact of certain policies. (But I guess that this last "wish" is probably something that is out of scope for release... or forever.)
I think that a cities budget is your surplus of money each day and your cities treasury is your total amount of money.
BTW: AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME graphs
