Will we be able to change the name of provinces?

In Europa Universalis IV, you can change the name of a province and its resident city by clicking the name in the province box. Will this feature be in HOI4? It'd be useful if you were Germany to give all your occupied lands more... German-ish names.

There are only State and not Province names in HoI4. No idea if you can name the states or not.
